- Actual thing my girlfriend just said.
Her birthday is Sunday, and the race is Spa. She watched one race with me, asked intelligent questions, listened with real interest when I explained the difference between an MGU-K and an MGU-H, and got it immediately. At least Bernie’s train wreck gained one fan in the last month.
She’s never watched racing, but jumped right in. Hmmm... next stop WEC? Brb, going back in time to high five my lonely younger self and tell him the dream is real.
